: If a partner sells all his rights in the firm to someone else or pledges it or gives it in any other way, that person can claim the profit or any other amount that the partner gets from the partnership business within that period. But-( a) such a person shall not be considered a partner of that firm, and (b) without the consent of all the partners, he shall not have the right to examine the accounts of the firm.
